Jessica is the Marketing Chair for Canadian Friends of the Jaffa Institute. She and her team develop innovative strategies for its many projects as well as create the overall messaging for the organization.

She brings to CFJI over twenty years of experience in senior management roles in marketing, licensing and product development.
During her successful career, Jessica has led multiple major product launches – including several award-winning games and toys.
She is currently Executive Vice-President at TCG Toys, a games and toy company, based in Toronto.

Prior to this, she was a partner in the marketing consultancy firm of Gavin Hoss Group.

Toys and games have always been a specialty of Jessica’s. A leading professional organization that she has been involved in for some time, is Women in Toys. This organization champions and advocates for the advancement of women in the global toy industry. Jessica also coaches young professionals to assist them to find meaning in their careers. Her guiding philosophy is to put people first and great results will follow. Jessica holds a Political Science and Economics degree from York University, a Master’s Certificate in Marketing from U.S.-based Cornell University and a Professional Coaching Certificate from the Adler Graduate School.
